Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The Equine Aficionado LLC. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.
Processing Time Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Shipping Times (Domestic – United States) Once your order has been fulfilled, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at patricia@theequineaficionadollc.com and we will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
International Shipping We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — please check back!
