RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final — Made-to-Order Products
All products sold by The Equine Aficionado LLC are custom, print-on-demand items made specifically for you at the time of order. Because each item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
We encourage you to carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at patricia@theequineaficionadollc.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Return shipping is not required for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item, we will issue a replacement once the issue is confirmed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Equine Aficionado LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. For packages lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us at patricia@theequineaficionadollc.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Because our products are made to order and go into production quickly, we are unable to modify or redirect shipments once an order has been placed. The Equine Aficionado LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at patricia@theequineaficionadollc.com and we will do our best to assist, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at patricia@theequineaficionadollc.com.
